What is it you love about this industry?
I love the fact that this industry is and always will be evolving with time. There is never a dull moment with hair, and the trends are constantly changing.
What was the reason you started doing hair?
I have always had a passion for hair and after years of contemplating and all the encouragement from friends and family I decided to go for it. I chose the best school in the area and dove in head first!

What is your source of inspiration?
Keeping up with the trends and interacting and learning from my fellow salon stylist. Visuals are the best way for me to grasp a concept and what better inspiration the people you work with everyday.
How do you keep motivated in current hair trends?
Constantly asking questions, magazines, fashion shows, local events, communication is a huge key to my motivation.
Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
Traveling around the world, working with talented, motivated stylists, spreading the word, passion and love in this industry. Being a success and role model to others!
Best hairstyle:
Anything funky, fun, out of the box, as well as long, sexy layered cuts.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy snowboarding, wakeboarding, skating, crocheting, being out doors, and expanding my creativity in any way. I love my (2) dogs Gia and Leo, dancing is therapeutic and doing hair is my passion. Cant get enough of it! |
