What is it you love about this industry?
I love coming to work and have the chance to make people feel beautiful everyday… I enjoy the chance to transform peoples looks from their hair color to cut.
What was the reason you started doing hair?
I wanted a career that I could use my creative abilities while forming a connection with my clients on a one on one basis.
Words that describe your personal style:
My personal style outside of work is colorful! I love to get dressed up and also love to be simple jeans and a top… I’m a simple kinda girl.
What is your source of inspiration?
My inspiration comes from my client… I strive to give my clients a hairstyle that fits there lifestyle.
How do you keep motivated in current hair trends?
My motivation is strived by wanting to be the best in everything I do… so I will attend as many classes as possible to ensure I know all the latest trends.
Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
In the future my goals are to be in one of the top of the industry, own my business.
Best hairstyle:
I wouldn’t say I have one favorite hairstyle I love to mix my day up from long layered hair to a short pixy cut. I take classes all the time to keep my skills up on all kinds of styles.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy anything from a good night in watching movies to a night on the town. |
